COVID-19 Policies

Our goal is to provide a safe space for all of our patients and staff while continuing to address the needs of the entire community during this difficult time. Please read over the following guidelines to ensure a safe visit.
  • Our waiting room and common areas are a COVID-free zone. We work hard to screen all patients and staff members prior to their arrival to ensure they do not have any signs or symptoms of a respiratory or viral illness. Our priority is to create a safe space for our higher risk patients.
  • We no longer require masks be worn by patients unless they are under investigation for a respiratory illness. In the event a mask is required we will be happy to provide one. Our clinical providers are happy to wear a mask upon request.
  • We offer full spectrum care for our patients with COVID-19 symptoms including testing, face to face evaluations, therapeutic prescriptions, and documentation for school/work/travel. We triage all cases by phone and work through tele-health services when possible. In the event that a face to face evaluation is required we have a separate entrance and clinical area for patients under investigation for COVID-19.
  • We do not accept walk in appointments for respiratory symptoms. Any patient trying to enter our waiting room with positive screening will be asked to return to their car and call our office for services.
  • Patients recovered from COVID-19, including hospital follow ups, are welcome to visit through our standard waiting room assuming they meet CDC guidelines for returning to public spaces.
  • Patients who are not comfortable coming through our waiting room can be accommodated with access through our separate entrance. Please call in advance.
  • Patient who do not have symptoms but are currently under quarantine for COVID exposure should call our office for further instructions prior to arriving for an appointment.
  • Any patient with COVID 19 symptoms who is experiencing significant difficulty breathing, altered mental status, or any other severe progressive symptoms should go to the nearest Emergency Department before reaching out to our office.
